The Patient Care Technician (PCT) / Educator Assistant provides care to patients with end-stage renal disease, supporting clinical staff throughout the dialysis treatment process to deliver prescribed treatments. Our PCTs are an integral part of the interdisciplinary team in ensuring safe care and the highest quality outcomes for every patient. This position will also assist the Nurse Educator with administrative duties to support the continuing training and education of patient care staff at our Ukiah and Ft. Bragg clinics.
Schedule: Full-time, four 10-hour shifts, 0445-1515; Sundays off; no overnight shifts
Compensation: Pay range from $23-$33 per hour, depending on healthcare experience; experience not required

Must have an in-depth working knowledge of the interpretive guidelines for ESRD facilities and serve as a resource to all clinical staff of the regulations contained in the interpretive guidelines.
Educator Assistant is required to have an in-depth working knowledge of the OSHA regulations and serve as a resource for all clinical staff for OSHA.
