Overview

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is currently seeking a dynamic Nurse Recruiter to join our Corporate Human Resources Team on a contract basis.  This is an exciting new Talent Acquisition position that will work closely with our Corporate Talent Acquisition Supervisor as well as our local Nurse Management and Operational Leadership on various recruiting initiatives across the organization.    

 

The Nurse Recruiter will primarily be responsible for successfully sourcing, screening and hiring top Nursing talent for DCI’s dialysis clinics and hospital services programs. The Nurse Recruiter will accomplish this by leveraging our existing recruiting strategies and resources while being encouraged to develop and deploy new, innovative sourcing techniques in the rapidly growing field of dialysis care.

 

This Position will be 100% remote, allowing the Contract Recruiter the flexibility to work from home on an ongoing basis. 

Responsibilities

  • Successfully manage approximately 50-60 Dialysis Nursing open positions, ranging from In-Center and Hospital Services Dialysis Nurses, to Nurse Managers and Charge NursesOther key Clinic positions, such as Patient Care Technicians, Registered Dietitians, Social Workers and Equipment Technicians will also be assigned
  • Efficiently and effectively fill DCI’s open positions while maintaining a high level of honesty and integrity throughout the recruiting life-cycle
  • Establish close, trusting relationships with DCI Nurse Managers and Area Operations Directors across 30 states
  • Provide tactical, hands on recruiting support to the above business partners on an ongoing basis
  • Leverage and expand DCI’s current RN talent networks to locate quality Nursing Talent that fit our Mission, Vision and Values
  • Research and recommend new resources for active and passive candidate recruiting
  • Effectively use social networking channels to identify and source viable Nursing candidates
  • Measure current recruiting strategies with Talent Acquisition Manager to determine the effectiveness of each initiative and their return on investment
  • Partner with DCI's College Recruiter to help establish effective, long term Nursing School recruiting initiatives in the areas we serve 

 

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • A minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience in full life-cycle Healthcare/Nurse recruitment is required
  • Dialysis recruiting experience preferred
  • Advanced Social Media sourcing skills required
  • 1-2 years of experience with applicant tracking systems required, knowledge of iCIMS is a plus
  • Certified HealthCare Recruiter (CHCR), Certified Recruitment Specialist (CRS) Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Professional Certification (SHRMPC) a plus
