The Staff Auditor supports the internal audit function by executing audit procedures, documenting findings, and assisting in the evaluation of internal controls. This role contributes to the overall effectiveness of the audit team and helps ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Success is measured by accuracy, timeliness, and the ability to identify and communicate risks effectively. This position will work a hybrid schedule in the Nashville area but will also be required to travel up to 10%.
Audit Execution & Oversight
• Perform audit fieldwork including testing and documentation.
• Assist in planning audits and identifying key risks.
• Prepare work papers and contribute to audit reports.
Collaboration & Communication
• Participate in meetings with auditees to gather information.
• Assists co-workers in the completion of tasks and assignments as requested by supervisors, demonstrating teamwork skills.
• Communicate findings to the audit team and leadership.
Professional Development
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of Dialysis Clinic, Inc.'s business activities.
• Maintain knowledge of auditing standards and practices.
• Demonstrate ethical behavior and integrity.
