The Assistant Area Operations Director works directly with the Area Operations Director and is responsible for the management of assigned outpatient dialysis facilities and any associated home and hospital dialysis programs in accordance with written polices established by the Board of Trustee and the Medical Directors.

Supervision may include: Nurse Managers, Educator, Home Dialysis Coordinator, Hospital Services Nurse Manager, Technical Manager, Business Office Manager and provides indirect supervision for all other employees.
