The Project Manager will be a shared resource that will take on the management of key projects across the divisions of Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI). Key projects will include the deployment of DCI’s new financial system as well as critical IT and other projects as needed. A technical understanding as well as an information technology project management skill set will be required in this role.

  • Gathering and documenting requirements for each project
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Provide regular updates on project status to CFO and leadership team
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques seeking appropriate approval from DCI leadership team on such changes
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Communicate seamlessly with all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management analysis to minimize potential project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including but not limited to project charter, timeline, meeting minutes and action steps, and budget 


  • Bachelor’s degree or greater is required, preferably in the field of computer science, Information Technology or related field
  • Proven working experience in project management in the information technology sector
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools required
  • Ability to adapt to new software
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Must be able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
