The REACH Kidney Care Data Analyst will play a key role in supporting health care innovation and improvement efforts within the REACH Kidney Care division at Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI). REACH Kidney Care is DCI’s healthcare innovation division responsible for testing and implementing ways to improve care for people with kidney disease. We are a passionate and hard-working team that seeks first and foremost to carry forward the mission of DCI: “The care of the patient is our reason for existence.” Furthermore, the corporate REACH team embraces a mindset of outward thinking, working together to achieve our goals and objectives and collectively embracing successes and opportunities for improvement.
As a REACH Data Analyst, you will need to enjoy primarily working with data to identify, understand, and communicate meaningful patterns and key insights to the team. You will need to translate vast swaths of data into easily understandable visuals and narratives. Other members of the REACH team will need access to actionable data to improve processes and in turn improve the delivery of care and health outcomes for our patients. You will have the unique opportunity of working with rich health care claims data for Medicare and commercial health plan beneficiaries. Each data point is a part of someone’s story, and understanding this will be key to identifying and communicating meaningful patterns in the data.
Focus and attention to detail are key. You will be preparing presentations of data for various stakeholders and partners who will expect to see reliable and consistent analyses which can be acted upon. Through your commitment to excellence, you will help identify and communicate opportunities that lead to better care for our patients and better use of health care resources.
As a REACH Data Analyst, you will be working with micro and macro-level data for the REACH Kidney Care programs:
