The DCI IT Help Desk Agent position is responsible for responding to phone calls and emails submitted to the DCI IT Help Desk. The IT Help Desk Agent will be logging user support issues and requests into a ticket tracking system, then resolving or routing tickets to the appropriate team members for resolution.
