    Founded in 1971, Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) remains the nation’s largest non-profit dialysis provider.  With a team of approximately 5,000 talented and caring employees serving across the United States, DCI provides care to nearly 15,000 patients on dialysis and 3,500 patients with chronic kidney disease.  We offer a variety of services including in-center hemodialysis, home hemodialysis, and peritoneal dialysis (PD).  Each position within DCI, from billers to administrators to nursing staff, contributes toward the goal of providing excellent patient care.

     

    The REACH Administrative Support is part of our team located at our corporate office in Nashville, TN, and provides administrative support and coordination for the REACH Kidney Care program.  

    Responsibilities

    • Process referrals and enter into the electronic medical record (EMR)
    • Contact patients for initial, follow up and missed appointments
    • Meet goals for appointments set per day
    • Document all attempts to contact patients
    • Call patients to remind of upcoming appointments
    • Draft and mail any needed written outreach for patients
    • Request medical records and confirm receipt of medical records ahead of patient appointments
    • Enter key information into the EMR such as patient demographics, problems, lab values, etc.
    • Manages telephone calls to the REACH Premier programs
    • Continually identify opportunities for improvement regarding a high quality and efficient workflow
    • Maintain organized records and workflow
    • Attend team meetings when appropriate
    • Work with members of the clinical and operations team to provide essential support

    Qualifications

    • HS degree or equivalent
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
    • Ability to adapt to new software
    • Excellent external-facing and internal communication (both verbal and written) skills
    • Attention to detail and commitment to excellent and reliable work
